Getting to Know You

Before we dive in, we’d like to talk through a few heart and ministry philosophy points to make sure we’re on the same page and have the same expectations. Over the next few conversations, would you please read and take notes on the following documents? Each one is only a page or two long, and it will give us some great tracks to run on! Feel free to share them with others as you find them helpful as well.

Step 1 – The Vision. Discovering the direction God has set for our ministry. As you read these articles, take notes and journal about what you see as important. Then, share them with your coach.

Step 2 – The Source. Without reliance on the Lord & His guidance to do ministry, our efforts would be futile at best. As you read these articles, take notes and journal about what you see as important. Then, share them with your coach.

Step 3 – The Team. Leading a ministry alone would lead to self-reliance and burnout. Who might the Lord be raising up to help you lead this movement on your campus? If you don’t know anyone start praying. The Lord who is faithful to put this on your heart is also faithful to provide a team of leaders. As you read these articles, take notes and journal about what you see as important.
